Note: The virtual event is taking place September 17-19, 2021 in Eastern Time. All registered attendees will have on-demand access to the recorded sessions for 90 days.
We are pleased to offer a discounted full conference registration rate to any student, resident, or fellow interested in attending Sana Symposium. Individuals planning to register at this special rate must submit written confirmation on their learning institution's letterhead from a faculty mentor that s/he is a current student. Confirmation may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. (No registration discounts may be combined with this registration type.)
Sana Symposium is pleased to offer group registration discount for any organization planning to send three or more people from the same organization to the conference. Groups of 3+ will receive a discount of $50/person.
Please note this discount is not applicable on Student/Resident/Fellow registrations. The Group Discount cannot be combined with other promotional codes.
To receive a group discount, please complete the following steps:
1. Please use the "Add Registrant" Feature if you would like to pay as a group. Have everyone in your group register up to the payment page, but DO NOT make any payments.
2. Once everyone in the group has registered, email email@example.com with a list of the registrants in your group, subject line - Sana Symposium Group Discount.
3. We will apply the group discount to your registrations and send updated invoices.

Cancellation requests for Sana Symposium 2021 must be received in writing by emailing email@example.com or postmarked by August 17, 2021. A cancellation fee of $100.00 (or full registration amount, whichever is less) will be deducted from the refund.
Registrants wishing to cancel may instead transfer their registration to someone else without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name by September 16, 2021.
Cancellations received after September 17, 2021 will not be refunded or provided a voucher. If you do not cancel in advance, no refunds will be issued once the event has concluded, regardless of whether you participated in the event.
Credit vouchers may be offered should the program be suspended or shortened due to conditions or circumstances beyond HMP’s control, including but not limited to interruptions in internet services, power outages, and any cancellations/modifications related to the COVID-19 epidemic.
